I am a VFX Artist from London specialising in pre and post visualisation for feature films and commercials. In addition to 10 years production level experience using Maya, I am highly proficient with camera tracking and editing software. I have undertaken Supervisory roles and have on set experience collaborating with Directors both in the UK and abroad.
My experience spans both film and commercials having worked in the layout and environment departments for numerous VFX companies such as Weta Digital, The Moving Picture Company, Double Negative and Cinesite. Credits include films such as The Hobbit, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Man of Steel, Iron Man, John Carter and Harry Potter.
I also have experience working for high profile clients such as Santander, Nike, Comfort and Orangina within The Mill’s London Commercials Team. At The Mill I worked as a generalist covering tracking, layout, animation, modelling, texturing and rendering, including stereoscopic work.
I was fortunate enough to be able to pass on some of my experience gained to University students at Chiang Mai University, Thailand as part of a British Council initiative. I have also worked as a Maya demonstrator for Character Animation students at Kingston University, UK.
My postgraduate study was in Character Animation where I gained a Postgraduate Diploma from Central St Martins in London in 2008. My undergraduate study was in Bournemouth where I graduated from the BA Computer Visualisation & Animation at the NCCA in 2006. I have undertaken numerous life drawing courses, including Life Drawing for Animators run by Central St Martins and animation classes run by an animation director with ten years experience at Disney.
My portfolio and website contains just a summary of the projects I have worked on. Please see my IMDB on my contacts page for a more detailed filmography, or feel free to get in touch.
